Seasonal. Creative. Authentic. This is how we define our regional cuisine in South Tyrol. We endeavour to serve as much homemade products as possible. Whether homemade pasta, South Tyrolean dumplings or original Italian Focaccia – we make sure that all is of the highest quality and naturally produced. According to the season, we collect our ingredients directly from our garden or from the trustworthy farmer. Chef de cuisine Guntmar and his young kitchen team continuously work on new creations. Everybody contributes their ideas and proposals. And this makes our cuisine authentic and natural.
